Townmakers is led by Mike Weinstock, a developer with more than three decades of experience creating thoughtful communities across the United States. His work is inspired by the livability of great traditional towns—places where walkable streets, local businesses, and shared public spaces bring people together in everyday life.

Mike began his career in the construction and development world after moving from the East Coast to the West Coast as a young professional, starting in the building industry and gradually taking on larger projects. Today his focus is on shaping neighborhoods that combine timeless town design with modern sustainability, resilient infrastructure, and resource-efficient development.

Mike brings a perseverance and calmness to complex development endeavors and is always keen to share a good joke.
