We will discuss plans for the final cleanup of the Croman Mill site, and the proposal for a new Ashland neighborhood of parks, trails, shops, homes and businesses. Meet the team and share your ideas!

We hope you can join us on Wednesday, December 10th at 5:30 PM at the Historic Ashland Armory, 208 Oak Street in Ashland. We will provide an update on the cleanup of the long-closed Croman Mill site (almost 30 years ago) and the just-submitted proposal for a new walkable mixed-use neighborhood.
The proposal was just submitted to the City of Ashland, and other agencies are also reviewing parts of the proposal (Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, Jackson County, Oregon Department of Transportation, and others).
Following a short presentation, we will break into "listening stations" and have an opportunity to discuss specific ideas for the development. Among the topics: Health and Wellness; Walk, Bike, Recreate, Connect; Workplaces and Makerspaces; and Homes for All Stages and Needs.
Please let us know if you are coming, so that we can be sure we have enough refreshments and other facilities! RSVP here: https://www.townmakers.net/openhouse2025
Those who are unable to join in person are warmly invited to join via the following Zoom link:
